Exchange and Return Policy
In case of exchange, if the new product requested by the customer is not available in stock at the time of the request, Puff Life will cancel the order and refund/refund the amounts paid by the customer, in compliance with the conditions of this policy.
The exchange or return of a product and refund will be governed by the following Exchange, Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy, created by Puff Life, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (LAW Nº 8.078, OF SEPTEMBER 11, 1990).
Puff Life understands that the exchange of products or cancellation of the purchase at the customer's initiative occurs in two foreseen situations:
1. Purchase Regret/Withdrawal
2. Product Defect
1 – Regret/withdrawal of purchase
Under the terms of Puff Life's Return Policy, returns due to regret/withdrawal from the purchase will be accepted if the item purchased does not meet the consumer's expectations.
The returned item will undergo analysis and must not show any intervention or signs of use.
Deadline for regret/withdrawal from purchase
The period for regret/cancellation of the purchase is 30 calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the product/item purchased, as established in Art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code (once this period has elapsed, the product will be considered accepted by the customer).
The customer must examine the product after receipt and within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, request an exchange or cancellation/return of the purchase through our Customer Service.
The product to be returned must be unused and in its original packaging, without any intervention or signs of use, and with all manuals and accessories accompanied by the purchase receipt. If any discrepancy or tampering with the product is identified, we will not accept the return and will return the product to the sender without prior notice.
2 – Product defect
Returns due to product defects will be made if the item purchased from Puff Life presents, within a maximum period of 30 days, changes that are not consistent with the nature of the raw material of this product and/or defects or damage resulting from the manufacturing process, and not from misuse or natural wear and tear.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
To request an exchange or return, please contact our team at contato@pufflife.com.br. Please have your order number ready. You will receive a link in your email that will allow you to post the product at any accredited postal service free of charge.

The product must be presented properly packaged, in accordance with the Post Office rules.
In the event of an exchange due to buyer's remorse or withdrawal from the purchase, the new items will be shipped within a maximum of two business days after receipt. Defective products will undergo an analysis by our Quality Control Department, which may take up to ten business days. The desired product for exchange will only be released after approval by our Quality Control Department.
IMPORTANT:
To exchange or return, it is mandatory to provide the invoice for the purchased product.
We will not accept exchange requests through channels other than those listed above.
REFUND OF VALUES
If you decide to return your order in full, you will receive a full refund. A refund will only be issued if the return is made in accordance with our EXCHANGE, CANCELLATION, RETURN, AND REFUND POLICY.
We will automatically refund the amount to your Yapay account, bank account, or credit card at no cost.
RETURN CONDITIONS
The product to be returned must be unused in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories, along with the purchase receipt. If any discrepancy or tampering is identified, we will not accept the return and will return the product to the sender without prior notice.
