Payment and Delivery
Payment methods
We accept payments via credit card and PIX, all processed securely through Mercado Pago.
You can pay for your purchases in up to 3 interest-free installments on your credit card.
Payments via PIX must be made within 30 minutes of completing the order. After this time, the order will be automatically canceled and the products will be returned to our inventory.
Deliveries
Our deliveries are made between 8 am and 6 pm, from Monday to Saturday, throughout the national territory, by contracted carriers or by Correios.
Please be advised that the Finance Departments of several states operate under their own rules regarding the interstate entry of goods, which may increase the delivery time due to random retention of orders, a fact that is beyond our control.
If the zip code is in a high-risk area, delivery can be made at the nearest post office. It's always a good idea to keep an eye on your tracking code to understand the status of your package, okay?
Order delivery tracking
To check the delivery status of your order, click the tracking link sent to you in your shipping confirmation email. You'll be provided with the tracking code for your order on the Correios website as soon as it's shipped.
You can also track your order through the store's customer area by entering the order tracking code.
Order delivery time
The estimated delivery time is provided at the time of ordering. All products will be shipped according to the customer's chosen method, within 2 business days of payment confirmation. The delivery time will begin after payment approval, which may vary depending on the chosen payment method.
Delivery is the responsibility of the Post Office/Carrier.
To calculate the delivery time before finalizing your order, click on the chosen product and click "buy." From the "shopping cart," enter the destination zip code in "Check shipping cost and delivery time." The estimated delivery time will be calculated and displayed, but may vary depending on the product.
DANFE and Electronic Invoice
The Electronic Invoice is a digital document, with legal validity through the sender's digital signature, issued and stored electronically by the Ministry of Finance.
The DANFE is the printed version of the Electronic Invoice, and accompanies your order.
Important tips about ordering
Before placing the order:
- Pay attention to product information such as color, dimensions, items included, etc.
- Keep the invoice received at the time of delivery to use in case of return or exchange.
- Keep items, accessories and packaging in case of return or exchange.
- Check the order items at the time of delivery by comparing the order with the invoice received.
- If there is any problem with the product (discrepancy between the note and content, manufacturing problem, defects) please contact our team . We are ready to help you.
- Someone must be present at the delivery address indicated on the order to receive the goods.
